I can’t say enough about Tropica. From the minute we stepped off the boat, the amazing staff worked so hard to make sure we had everything we needed.
We were greeted by name daily, often with a good morning hug. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with the amazing staff and left feeling like family!

The staff are an absolute highlight of the resort - they can't do enough for you and are some of the loveliest people I've ever met. I travel quite often both personally and professionally and it's the first time I have ever shed tears leaving a hotel! The gorgeous staff sang us their farewell song on departure and it was just beautiful.
